Beautification Project

On May 26th, SE Polk FFA and 4H filled 80 tubs – generously donated by Kent Feeds-Altoona -  with compost soil, donated by the Metro Waste Authority, and lugged them to the high school greenhouse. Students were planting flowers in the tubs, which will line 8th Street in Altoona during RAGBRAI’s overnight stop. Many thanks to Kent Feeds-Altoona and the Metro Waste Authority for their generous donations!
